From 2010 – 2021, I was the Founder & CEO of Hobes.

After 11 years building a direct to consumer company and with 20 + years in brand roles across a number of industries, I recognised a real need for a more focused approach to working with leaders and businesses moving through the challenges of transition. Exploring this space led to a certification in Applied Neuroscience, a Six Seconds EQCC qualification and training as an ICF credentialed coach.

In 2024, I launched See Strategy, a brand, strategy, and creative consultancy, combining my experience building pioneering brands in emerging industries, with my passion for climate science and regenerative solutions.
